Players Division
Designed for golfers comfortable playing their own ball. This division includes a mix of individual and team formats with rotating partners. Register individually.

Ladies League Details

• Two Divisions: Choose between the Social Division and Players Division.
• Social Division: Golfers register as two-person teams and compete in team formats.
• Players Division: Golfers register individually. Golf Genius assigns partners and teams for team events.
• League Nights: Regular league rounds are played on the scheduled league night.
• Thanksgiving Week: Play will take place on Tuesday or through a flexible-play option.
• Can’t Make It? Players should notify The Hub by noon on Monday if they will not be attending.
• Substitutes: Substitutes are permitted during the regular season.

Attendance & Make-Up Policy

Players who will not be attending their scheduled league night must notify The Hub by 12:00 noon on Monday. This allows us time to adjust pairings and consolidate groups.

Make-up rounds are permitted during designated off-peak times, subject to simulator availability, and must be completed before the next league week.

• 1–2 Players: 1 hour of simulator time
• 3–4 Players: 2 hours of simulator time
• Make-up times must be scheduled through The Hub

Substitute Policy

Substitutes are permitted during the regular season.

• Social Division: If one partner cannot attend, she may use a substitute. The points earned that night will count toward the regular team’s season standings.
• Players Division – Team Events: A substitute may play in place of an absent golfer. The substitute should have an established handicap or enough scoring history for Golf Genius to assign an appropriate handicap.
• Week 8 – Social Team Championship: Substitutes are permitted.
• Week 8 – Players Individual Net Championship: No substitutes are permitted for the individual championship.

• Teams earn points each week based on their finish in the 2-Person Best Ball competition.
• All seven regular-season weeks count toward the season standings.
• Points are awarded to the team, not individual players.
• Teams using an approved substitute remain eligible to earn full weekly points.
• Ties split the points for the positions involved.
  • Example: Two teams tied for 2nd split the 2nd- and 3rd-place points, earning 8.5 points each.
• No bonus points are awarded for birdies, closest-to-the-pin, or other contests. These may be recognized with separate prizes.
• Total points after Week 7 determine playoff qualification and seeding for Week 8.

Week 8 – League Championship

• Week 8 determines the season champions using the normal 10-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 point scale. Points are not doubled. The Social Division plays a Team Championship Scramble, while the Players Division plays an Individual Net
  Championship.

Week 9 – Holiday Shootout

The final week is a separate holiday event with no season points. Season awards will be presented along with separate Holiday Finale prizes.

• Players format: Best Ball format
