FACILITY POLICIES

Individuals utilizing the New England Sports Hub facility do so at their own risk. The property owner(s), league operators, officers, and staff of New England Sports Hub assume no liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur.

All participants must complete a waiver before engaging in any activities at New England Sports Hub. Participants under the age of 18 are considered minors and cannot sign the waiver themselves. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver on their behalf.

To complete a waiver, please create a DaySmart account.

  • All participants must pay their administrative fees before participating in any New England Sports Hub program.
  • Rude, inappropriate, or disrespectful language directed at anyone in the facility is prohibited and may result in removal or long-term suspension.
  • Intimidating or threatening behavior will result in removal and/or long-term suspension.
  • Proper attire is required at all times for both players and spectators, including wearing a shirt.
  • All conduct should reflect good sportsmanship.
  • Spectators are not allowed on the field to speak with officials, coaches, or players. Violators are subject to removal and/or suspension.
  • Lost or found items should be reported immediately to a New England Sports Hub employee. The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Metal studs or spikes are not allowed on turf fields. Staff will determine permissible footwear.
  • Jewelry must be covered with padding during league play.
  • Ejections by staff or referees result in a minimum one-week facility suspension and a one-game suspension. Repeat offenses will be addressed case by case.
  • Fighting will result in a minimum one-year suspension. A second offense results in a lifetime ban.
  • Outside food and drink are not allowed. Players and referees may bring one water bottle.
  • No animals are allowed, except service animals as defined by the ADA.
  • Tailgating is not permitted in or around the facility. This includes tents, coolers, large umbrellas, or tables.
  • Chewing tobacco, gum, sunflower seeds, and glass containers are prohibited.
  • Photography or video recording from player boxes is not allowed.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.

Participants, parents, coaches, and officials are expected to uphold the values of good sportsmanship. All adults involved in sports events should model fairness, respect, and self-control.

  1. Do not physically, verbally, or emotionally harm, intimidate, or harass others.
  2. Do not discriminate or harass anyone based on protected characteristics.
  3. Do not endanger the health, safety, or well-being of any person.
  4. Refrain from profanity, violence, illegal drugs, tobacco, and alcohol at any event.
  5. Communicate with respect and courtesy.
  6. Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.
  7. Know and follow all facility rules and policies.
  8. Respect the facility, fields, and equipment.

If New England Sports Hub determines that a participant or guardian has violated the Code of Conduct or facility rules, the following actions may be taken:

  • Verbal warning and documentation
  • Temporary suspension from activities and/or facility
  • Permanent suspension
  • Immediate removal from the activity
  • Indefinite expulsion from the facility and all activities

If you find or lose an item, report it immediately to a New England Sports Hub employee. The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Found items will be stored in the Lost & Found area. Unclaimed items are discarded at the end of each month. To inquire about lost items, ask the Front Desk or Management.

As an indoor facility, New England Sports Hub aims to remain open unless safety is a concern. We do not follow city or county closures. Weather-related cancellations will be posted online.

Rescheduling Guidelines:

  • 1 game missed – No reschedule
  • 2 games missed – Games rescheduled
  • 3+ games missed – Games rescheduled if possible

No refunds will be issued for missed games due to weather.

  • No cash refunds unless the facility cancels an event or program without rescheduling.
  • Returned check fee: $15. Payment must be made via cash, money order, or certified check.
  • Refunds to credit cards will be issued to the original card. If unavailable, a check will be issued.
  • Credit card chargebacks will incur a $25 fee, payable before future participation.
  • Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Drop-in hours are intended for individual or small group recreational use only. Private lessons, clinics, training sessions, or any form of paid or unpaid instruction are prohibited without prior written approval and a rental agreement.

Violators will be asked to leave immediately and may have access privileges suspended.

Commitment to Privacy
Your privacy is important. This notice explains how personal information is collected and used. It is available on the website wherever personal data may be requested.

New England Sports Hub does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Information Collected
Personal information collected includes name, address, email, and phone number. This information is used for communications such as newsletters and promotions and is not shared unless necessary to conduct business ethically.

Return email addresses are used only to respond to inquiries. They are not shared.

Visitors can register on our website to receive updates. Previous clients are automatically subscribed unless they opt out.

Aggregate and non-identifying data may be shared with advertisers (e.g., website traffic metrics) without revealing individual identities.

Your information will not be used in unrelated ways without your consent.

Data Security
We have implemented physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect your data.

Payment Security
We comply with PCI Data Security Standards. Information is protected against unauthorized access and disclosure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Our website is not intended for users under 13.

Accessing or Correcting Your Information
You may access or update your personal information by emailing us. Reasonable steps will be taken to verify your identity before changes are made.

Introduction
These terms govern your use of the New England Sports Hub website. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site. Users under 18 are not permitted.

Intellectual Property
All content, excluding user submissions, is owned by New England Sports Hub or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to view content.

Restrictions
You are prohibited from:

  • Republishing site material elsewhere
  • Selling or sublicensing content
  • Publicly displaying content
  • Using the site to cause damage or violate laws
  • Data mining or similar activities
  • Using the site for advertising or marketing

New England Sports Hub may restrict your access at any time. User IDs and passwords must remain confidential.

User Content
“Your Content” refers to any media you upload to the website. You grant us the right to use and distribute it. Your Content must not infringe on third-party rights.

No Warranties
The website is provided “as is” without warranties. Nothing on the site is intended as professional advice.

Limitation of Liability
New England Sports Hub is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify New England Sports Hub against all liabilities arising from your breach of these terms.
